How we rate casinos
Overall score
Each casino receives component scores from 0 to 10. The overall score is a weighted average of those components, rounded to one decimal place.
Score weights
These weights are fixed and match the formula used in our scoring code:
- Trust & safety — 30%
- Jordan (JO) accessibility — 25%
- Banking — 20%
- Product — 15%
- Support & fairness — 10%
What each criterion covers
- Trust & safety: licenses, transparency, responsible-gambling signals.
- JO accessibility: access level for players in Jordan, JO-friendly payments, currencies, Arabic support.
- Banking: payment variety, minimum deposit, withdrawal speed.
- Product: games, providers, and overall experience (editorial).
- Support & fairness: support channels, language, clarity of terms.
Affiliate relationships do not change scores
Whether we have an affiliate link for a casino never increases or decreases its score. Monetization is secondary to honest ratings. When an affiliate link is present, it is clearly labeled.
Unknown data stays unknown
We do not invent licenses, RTP, payment support, or access claims. Missing or unverified facts are shown as unknown (or omitted) rather than guessed. If critical data is missing, we may show “Insufficient data” instead of implying a strong overall rating.
Review dates and re-review policy
Every casino review shows a last-reviewed date. Material changes to banking options or Jordan access trigger a re-review. Bonus headlines and operator details are updated when we re-check a site; always treat promotional offers as time-sensitive and verify terms with the operator.
